  • Athlete starts with a private evaluation

  • Groups work to improve speed, strength, power, and mobility

  • Athletes are tested and retested regularly to ensure results

  • Individualized coaching to ensure the athlete is improving on their exact needs

  • Exercises or progressed or regressed to match the needed intensity or load for the athlete

  • Groups have a max of a 5:1 athlete to coach ratio

  • Athletes are grouped by age and then progressed based on their individual skill
