Biography:

As the Head Performance Coach at Chadwick’s, Major brings a wealth of expertise in human health and performance. Holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Health and Performance from the University of Tennessee at Martin, Major is certified as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) by the National Strength and Conditioning Association, and also holds an Exos Performance Specialist (XPS) certification.

Major specializes in Biomechanics, Strength and Conditioning, Sport Performance, as well as mobility and stability across all age groups. His experience includes serving as the Strength and Conditioning Coordinator, Kicking Coach, and Freshman Coach for the Centennial High School Football team, along with volunteering at Middle Tennessee University to assist with strength and conditioning programs for football, volleyball, and women’s soccer teams. With a diverse clientele ranging from fitness enthusiasts to elite college and professional athletes across various sports, Major is dedicated to optimizing performance and achieving results.

Outside of his professional endeavors, he finds joy in recreational hockey, which fuels his commitment to continuous physical improvement and innovative training methodologies.
