Biography:

Mariah comes from a military family and has spent most of her life in Clarksville, Tennessee. She graduated from the University of Tennessee – Knoxville, where she was a member of the women’s golf team and obtained a degree in Kinesiology with a minor in Leadership Studies.

 

When it comes to training, Mariah operates with an “attitude of gratitude” and firmly believes that to be able to move our bodies is a gift. Mariah believes that exercise and training should be both focused and deliberate as well as an enjoyable and fruitful experience for all, whether you are a young athlete aspiring to compete at the next level, an adult looking to improve body composition, or someone who desires to simply stay active and prioritize health and longevity.

 

Mariah is a Certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). She is also currently pursuing a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist credential through the NSCA.
