From Joshua Costello:
I wanted to share a little bit about an amazing trip that I went on this past June. This trip was to the Dominic Republic and I traveled to some poor areas that are in need of clean water.
This trip was led by a non-profit called “Food For The Hungry” (FFH) and I partnered with a company called “LuluLemon Athletica” to make the trip possible.
Together we are bringing awareness and are committed to raising $20K for a clean water system. Attached are some pictures to show what that clean water system is.
The specific town that will be using this water system is named La Estancia and they have around 2,500 people within their community.
FFH’s mission and goal is for La Estancia to be able to stand on their own two feet as a community with a vision of longevity.
For me personally I don’t like to give to projects unless I understand the purpose and plan. That is why I shared a little more about the purpose in this video HERE.
If you are interested in giving to this project and/or want to see a video that shows the vision click here atthegivelife.org
We are having a fundraising event on October 22nd and it is our goal to get close to $20K and reach the amount with donors at the event.
